Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

These Terms applies to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are sellers, buyers, merchants, or contributors of content, information and other materials. If you are entering into this agreement for and on behalf of a business entity, and the term “you” in this agreement shall mean the business entity on whose behalf you are using the Services, unless the context does not permit.

By using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Services, you agree to observe and be bound by these Terms and the additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.   

StreamEZ reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time.

You shall not :

• Upload any content that violates or infringes another party’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property right.
• Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
• Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content featuring an unsupervised minor or use the Services to harm minors in any way.
• Use our Services in anyway which is not intended.
• Use our Services to create or product a product or service that is directly or indirectly competitive with our Services or any product offered by us.
• Upload or transmit through our Services any data, file or link that contains or redirects to a virus, Trojan Horse, worm or other harmful components.
• Use a scraper, bot or any other automated device or means to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of StreamEZ.
• Collect any information of other users without their consent.
• Commit any act to avoid paying any applicable fees or charges.
• Attempt or to engage in any activity that is intended to abuse or inappropriately manipulates any campaign or discount codes offered on StreamEZ. Such acts include but not limited to creating multiple duplicate accounts, generating fake orders, buying and selling of own inventory.

StreamEZ reserves the right suspend or delete any accounts if you are suspected to have breached any of these Terms.

When you create an account with StreamEZ, you agree that:

• You are an individual at least 16 years of age.
• You are capable of entering into and performing legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• All information provided is accurate, up to date and complete.
• You acknowledge StreamEZ will use the email address provided on opening an account or as updated by you as the primary method for communication with you.

StreamEZ supports multiple payment methods such as Bank Transfer, DBS Paylah, Paynow and credit card payment (Stripe). Buyers may change their preferred payment mode prior to making payment. Stripe charges a credit card fee of 3.4% + 50cents for each successful transaction made on the site, on top of which we charge a transaction fee of 2% to be borne by sellers. There are no fees involved for all other payment methods.

We do not monitor the cancellation, return and refund processes for offline payments.

You can create up to 3 staff accounts allowing other people access to your seller account. The store owner can set permissions and let other people work in their Account while determining the level of access by Staff Accounts to specific business information. The store owner is liable for all acts, omissions and defaults arising from the use of Staff Accounts in the performance of obligations under these Terms.

You are responsible for all activities and transactions under your Account. We will not be responsible in any way if your password and/or Account are misappropriated or used by a third party.

StreamEZ is not directly involved in any transaction between users. Consequently, we are not liable for:

• Quality, safety or legality of any product listed on our Website.
• Truth or accuracy of listings, ability of sellers to sell products or ability of buyers to pay for products.
• True identity of a user.
• Any content posted by a user.

When posting a product listing, you agree with the following:

• All products comply with our terms.
• All description of items must be true, complete, accurate and not misleading in any manner.
• You are the owner of the product.
• Product is not counterfeit and does not infringe upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark or intellectual property rights.
• Sale of product complies with all laws and regulations which apply to it.
• Product is not dangerous or hazardous.

You understand that your Materials (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted under the law.

StreamEZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Use of this website and these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any claim relating to use of the website shall be heard by Singapore Courts.
