By subscribing to StreamEZ Subscription Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Subscription Terms of Service”).
The term ‘StreamEZ’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. These Terms applies to all users of the StreamEZ Subscription Service. If you are entering into this agreement for and on behalf of a business entity, the term “you” in these Terms shall mean the business entity on whose behalf you are using the Services, unless the context does not permit.
By using the StreamEZ Subscription Service in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the StreamEZ Subscription Service, you agree to observe and be bound by these Terms.
The services offered by StreamEZ under the Subscription Terms of Service include various services to help you sell goods and services to buyers online. Any new feature added to the current services shall be also subject to the Subscription Terms of Service. StreamEZ reserves the right to update and change the Subscription Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the StreamEZ website.

How long are your contracts?
We have 3 types of subscription plans which are 1 month, 6 months and 1year.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you are free to cancel at any time should you feel StreamEZ is not the best platform for you. However, there will be no pro-rated refunds for any charges billed.
How do I know when my free trial expires?
Under seller’s account page, it will be indicated if you are on your free trial and when the next billing will be billed. Should you decide to cancel your trial without being billed, please do so before your free trial ends.
Are there any transaction fees?
Our primary payment method is Stripe, which charges 3.4% + $0.50SGD per transaction made. On top of which we charge an additional 2% admin fee.
Bank transfers, PayNow, Paylah and any other payment methods accepted by Merchants do not incur any transaction or admin fees.
What are staff accounts?
We understand there are sometimes multiple admins working with you during the streams. Every admin can have their own account to manage your business at any point of time, and you are able to give them permissions on the pages they access or edit.
What are your pay out policies?
All sales made with Stripe are automatically deducted of transaction and admin fees, which will then be transferred to Merchants to their bank accounts on the 1st and 15th of every month. Should you decide to make a withdrawal on any other days, please email support with your request; do note that there is an additional 1% fee chargeable for such transactions.
